2. Informational content
Content on the Site (including case studies, articles, and capability descriptions) is for general informational purposes only. It is not a guarantee of specific results. A formal engagement with Strategic Solutions Advisory is formed only through a separate written agreement, not by browsing the Site or submitting an inquiry.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site unlawfully or to violate others’ rights;

5. Text messaging (A2P / SMS) terms
If you choose to receive text messages from us—after providing appropriate consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable FCC rules, and carrier guidelines—the following applies:
- Consent. You agree to receive recurring automated marketing, transactional, or service messages (as described where you sign up) at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing our services unless we say otherwise at the point of collection.
- Frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; check your carrier plan.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may receive a final confirmation text. After opting out you will not receive further promotional texts unless you opt in again.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email david@strategicsolutionsadvisory.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers and related data.
These disclosures support U.S. A2P 10DLC and SMS best practices, including clear identification, consent, opt-out, help, rate notices, and a policy link—consistent with guidance from CTIA, carriers, and messaging providers.
6. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED BY LAW.
